Welcome to the Spice Route Inn! We are delighted you have chosen to stay with us. The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to regulate the relationship between the Inn and our guests, ensuring a pleasant and safe experience for everyone. By making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the terms detailed below.
Reservations can be made via our website, by phone, or by email.
A booking is only guaranteed once credit card details are provided for security purposes.
Actual payment will be collected upon arrival at the Inn (in cash or by credit card), unless agreed otherwise in advance.
Prices on the website include VAT as required by law (Note: Tourists holding a foreign passport and B2 tourist visa are legally exempt from VAT).
Check-In (Rooms/Tents): From 15:00 (3:00 PM).
Check-Out: Until 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to prior arrangement and availability, and may incur an additional charge.
On Saturdays (Shabbat) and holidays, check-in and check-out times may vary, subject to prior coordination.
Cancellations must be made in writing (via email or WhatsApp) and will only take effect upon confirmation of receipt by the Inn. Cancellation fees are calculated based on the date the cancellation notice is received, as follows:
Up to 7 days before arrival: Free of charge.
Less than 7 days and up to 48 hours before arrival: The guest will be charged 30% of the total reservation value.
Less than 48 hours before arrival: The guest will be charged 50% of the total reservation value.
No Show: Guests who fail to arrive on the day of the reservation without prior notice will be charged 50% of the total reservation value.
The Inn is a space of tranquility, nature, and community. To maintain this special atmosphere, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following:
Music and Noise: Loud music, amplified speakers, and karaoke systems are strictly prohibited on the premises at all times.
Quiet Hours: Please maintain a quiet environment throughout the property, especially after 23:00 (11:00 PM).
Smoking: Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Smoking inside the rooms, tents, and cabins is strictly prohibited due to fire hazards.
Pets: Bringing pets to the premises is subject to prior coordination and approval by the Inn's management.
Swimming in the Inn’s pools is at the bathers' own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
Children under the age of 12 or non-swimmers must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times in the water.
Glassware is strictly prohibited in the pool area.
Guests must obey all safety instructions and signage on site.
Guests are responsible for any damage or breakage to the Inn's equipment or property caused by negligent or malicious use. The Inn reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card for such damages.
The Inn's management is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of guests' personal belongings. We recommend not leaving valuables unattended.
In cases of force majeure (such as war, exceptional security situations, pandemics, or natural disasters) that prevent the hosting from taking place, the relevant legal provisions will apply. The Inn will act fairly to find an alternative solution (such as postponing the stay to a later date) or process a cancellation based on the circumstances.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to these terms or reservations at the Inn shall be vested in the competent courts in the Southern District of Israel.
